- To use the Application, the following are required:

- a permanent internet connection;
- an active account with an AI provider and an API key (Groq offers a free plan with limits);
- granting the Application microphone and Accessibility permissions in macOS.
- Detailed installation and configuration instructions are provided in the documentation available on the Website.
§4. Services provided electronically
- Through the Website, the Service Provider enables, free of charge, browsing information about the Application, reading the documentation and downloading the Application.
- The contract for the provision of these services is concluded when the Customer starts using the Website and terminates when the Customer leaves it.
- The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content and from taking actions that disrupt the operation of the Website or the Application.
- The Application installation file may be made available through an external hosting service (GitHub).
§5. Trial period
- After downloading and first launching the Application, the Customer may use its full functionality free of charge for 7 days. The Trial period does not require providing payment details or creating an account.
- The Trial period does not automatically convert into a paid License. After it ends, the dictation and text editing functions are unavailable until a License is activated; settings, the dictionary and history remain stored on the Customer's computer.
- The Trial period is available once per computer. Circumventing the limitations of the Trial period is prohibited.
§6. Purchase of a License
- A License can be purchased through the Payment operator's order form, to which links on the Website lead.
- Prices shown on the Website are gross prices (including VAT) expressed in euros. The final price, including the tax applicable in the Customer's country, is shown in the order form before the order is placed. In the event of a price reduction, the Service Provider discloses the lowest price from the 30 days preceding the reduction.
- Available plans:
- Monthly License — €6 per month; the subscription renews automatically every month until it is cancelled;
- Lifetime License — €49 as a one-time payment.
- The Payment operator accepts payments, settles taxes, issues sales documents (including invoices for businesses) and processes refunds. These activities are also governed by the Payment operator's terms, accepted in the order form.
- The license agreement with the Service Provider is concluded when the Payment operator confirms the payment. The License key and confirmation of the conclusion of the contract are sent to the e-mail address provided in the order without undue delay after the payment is booked.
- The Customer must provide true information in the order, in particular a correct e-mail address.
§7. Scope of the License
- The Service Provider grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application, without territorial restrictions, to the extent necessary to use the Application in accordance with its intended purpose, including installing it, running it and reproducing it in the computer's memory.
- One License key may be active at the same time on no more than 3 computers owned or used by the Customer. The Customer may move an activation to another computer after deactivating it in the Application.
- The Monthly License is valid for the paid billing period and is extended with each subsequent payment. The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, in the manner indicated in the purchase confirmation message or in the Payment operator's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. After that period ends, the License key stops working.
- The Lifetime License is granted for an indefinite period and covers major version 1 of the Application together with its updates (versions 1.x). Any future major versions may be offered on separate terms; this does not affect the right to continue using versions 1.x.
- A License for teams (from 5 seats) is granted on individually agreed terms.
- Except to the extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law (in particular Article 75 of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights), the Customer may not:
- share, resell or publish the License key to third parties;
- decompile, disassemble or modify the Application;
- circumvent or remove the License and Trial period verification mechanisms.
- All rights to the Application, including economic copyrights and trademark rights, belong to the Service Provider.
§8. License activation and verification
- The License is activated by entering the License key in the Application. Activation requires an internet connection.
- The Application periodically, no more often than once every few days, verifies the validity of the License. Without an internet connection, the Application continues to work for up to 14 days from the last successful verification.
- For activation and verification, only the following are transmitted: the License key, the activation identifier and the computer name. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§9. AI provider services
- Speech recognition and text editing are performed using the services of an AI provider, with which the Customer concludes a separate contract and whose services the Customer uses with the Customer's own API key. Recordings and texts are sent from the Customer's computer directly to the AI provider — the Service Provider does not receive, store or process them.
- Fees for using the AI provider's services (if the Customer exceeds the limits of the free plan) are borne by the Customer directly to the AI provider. The License price does not include these fees.
- The Service Provider is not liable for the availability, quality, prices or terms of the AI provider's services, including changes to the models made available. This does not exclude the Service Provider's liability for the conformity of the Application with the contract.
- Speech recognition results and text generated by language models may contain errors. The Customer should check the text before using it, in particular before sending or publishing it.
§10. Conformity of the Application with the contract and updates
- The Service Provider is liable to Consumers and Sole traders with consumer rights for the conformity of the Application with the contract under the rules set out in Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
- The Service Provider supplies updates, including security updates, necessary to keep the Application in conformity with the contract — for the Monthly License, for the duration of the subscription, and for the Lifetime License and the Trial period, for the period the Customer can reasonably expect, but no shorter than 2 years from the purchase of the License.
- The Application informs about available updates, or they are published on the Website. If the Customer does not install an update within a reasonable time, the Service Provider is not liable for a lack of conformity resulting solely from the absence of that update, provided that it informed the Customer about the update and the consequences of not installing it.
§11. Complaints
- Complaints concerning the Application, the License or the Website may be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the Service Provider's registered office address.
- A complaint should include: the Customer's full name or business name, the e-mail address used for the purchase (if applicable), a description of the problem and the expected resolution. The absence of this information does not result in the complaint being rejected.
- The Service Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and informs the Customer of the outcome at the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent, or at another address indicated.
- If the Application is not in conformity with the contract, the Consumer and the Sole trader with consumer rights may demand that it be brought into conformity with the contract and, under the rules set out in the Polish Consumer Rights Act, submit a declaration of price reduction or of withdrawal from the contract.
- Complaints concerning payments, sales documents and refunds may also be addressed directly to the Payment operator.
§12. Right of withdrawal from the contract and money-back guarantee
- The Consumer and the Sole trader with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the day of its conclusion. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires, e.g. by e-mail to [email protected]. The model form in Annex 1 may be used, but this is not obligatory.
- The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the Consumer's express prior consent before the end of the withdrawal period, after the Consumer was informed of the loss of this right, and the Service Provider has provided the Consumer with a confirmation (Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
- Money-back guarantee. Irrespective of the above, the Service Provider gives every Customer the option to receive a full refund of the price if, within 14 days of the first payment for a given plan, the Customer requests it by e-mail to [email protected], without giving any reason. The guarantee does not cover subsequent renewals of the Monthly License.
- The refund is made through the Payment operator, using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement. The Customer does not bear any costs of the refund.
- Upon withdrawal from the contract or refund of the price, the License expires and the License key is deactivated. Continued use of the Application after the end of the Trial period requires purchasing a License.
§13. Liability
- The Service Provider takes due care to ensure that the Application works correctly but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation, in particular to the extent dependent on the AI provider, macOS or the internet connection.
- Towards Customers who are neither Consumers nor Sole traders with consumer rights, the Service Provider's contractual liability is limited to the price paid for the License in the 12 months preceding the event and does not cover lost profits; the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- The provisions of the Terms do not exclude or limit the Service Provider's liability towards Consumers and Sole traders with consumer rights to the extent that it arises from mandatory provisions of law, nor liability for damage caused intentionally.
§14. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
§15. Out-of-court dispute resolution
- The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, in particular by seeking assistance from a municipal or district (powiat) consumer ombudsman, consumer organizations or the regional inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
- Information about these procedures is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Polish consumer protection authority: uokik.gov.pl.
§16. Changes to the Terms
- The Service Provider may change the Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law, changes in payment methods or providers, changes in the functionality of the Application, or security reasons.
- Customers with an active Monthly License will be informed of a change to the Terms by e-mail at least 14 days before it takes effect. A Customer who does not accept the changes may cancel the subscription before that date.
- Changes to the Terms do not affect rights acquired before they take effect, in particular the scope of a Lifetime License already granted.
§17. Final provisions
- Contracts concluded under the Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the Consumer has their habitual residence.
- Disputes with Customers who are neither Consumers nor Sole traders with consumer rights are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office.
- The Terms are available in Polish and English. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
- The Terms are effective from 2026-11-03.
